Quercus
Brand identity and collateral for The World of Quercus, a working ranch, fine dining destination, and luxury resort tucked into the hidden foothills of Gay, Georgia. It is the only Relais & Chateaux property in the state, a landscape of cabins, gardens, forage, and fire shaped by Chef Ryan Smith, who earned his Michelin star at Atlanta's Staplehouse and is a James Beard Award nominee.
We wanted the design to feel like the place itself: quiet, exacting, rooted. The mark draws from the oak, quercus, the tree the ranch is named for, and carries through a full system of print and digital collateral, from menu coasters and keepsake matches to postcards finished by hand and a responsive site that lets guests settle into the story before they arrive.
Every surface was considered the way a course is plated. Nothing is overlooked, nothing is loud, and everything earns its place, a brand built to hold its own next to the oak, the table, and the tasting menu.
